REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
1. Student Completes HCC online application & PERT if needed
2. Student requests Form B by contacting SHS School Counselor and providing the following Information:
Include your HCC ID #
Hawkmail Email (HCC email),
Exact course name and number (example: English Composition: ENC 1101).
2. School Counselor will complete Form B and provide to student along with student summary if needed
3. Student must submit Form B and all other required documents HCC accordingly. Counselors DO NOT send any forms.
4. Once approved, HCC will communicate directly with the student via Hawk email.
5. Once registered student should provide School Counselor with an electronic copy of your HCC schedule.
6. School Counselor will enter your information into the textbook ordering system (once HCC schedule is received)- this will allow you to order textbooks.

Dual Enrollment is a program that allows students to earn both high school and college credit by taking a college level class. The program is free to public school students. Classes are paid by the district and the books are provided. The Dual Enrollment program is available to students who meet certain criteria:
